When will I receive my order?

We are planning to ship the PBL in mid-late September 2019. We will upload the tracking number within 5 business days. Actual time of delivery depends on local delivery speed and customs clearance (for orders outside of the US), which we cannot fully control.

From ship date, typically, it will take a maximum of 7 business days to receive any order shipping within the United States. Any International order (outside the US) should take a maximum of 20 days or less to receive.

How many times will the PBL charge my phone?

This is dependent on your phone model. Each phone has a different sized internal battery. The PBL has a built-in 6000mAh battery. This means it can charge an iPhone 8 between 2 - 3 full times before the PBL needs a recharge. A Samsung Galaxy S6 can be charged between 1 - 2 full time times before the PBL needs a recharge. For a detailed breakdown outlining other phone models see the chart in our campaign.

Will the PBL charge my phone wirelessly without having to remove my phone case?

The PBL is tested to be able to wirelessly charge through most simple and heavy duty phone cases. Of course, not all cases were tested but we have not had one fail us yet! The only thing to keep in mind is that a phone case that has a magnet on the back of it or a metal plate inside, this may pose an issue with the wireless signal and make wireless charging difficult.

Will the PBL stick to my phone?

The PBL’s surface is rubberized but is not sticky or magnetic. When testing the PBL, a main concern was wanting to take the PBL to go, but having to hold it against your phone constantly. We solved this issue by developing a Nano-Suction Pad that is included with every PBL order. The Nano-Suction Pad uses advanced microscopic technology in order to stick to your phone and the PBL without feeling sticky, picking up dirt, or leaving behind residue. The Nano-suction pad is strong but not extremely secure in active situations so we’d suggest the Secure Grip Strap as an add-on if you are an on-the-go person. If you use the included Nano-Suction Pad, your phone will stick the PBL!

Can the PBL Charge 2 devices at once?

The PBL can charge two devices at once by making use of its Type-C USB Port. When used in conjunction the PBL will charge a device wirelessly and wired. The PBL was also upgraded to have USB PD (Power Delivery) function which will charge your laptop or any larger device. This also upgrades the charging speed to 5A.

On the OPUS Earbuds- Can you use only 1 earbud while charging the other?

Yes but you will need to only turn one unit On to begin with, rather then powering both on then powering one off.

On the OPUS Earbuds- Do both earbuds work on phone calls?

No. Unfortunately only one earbuds works when on phone calls. We did this optimize call quality.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
